This is unacceptable and I realize noone wants to work anymore but a patient is the one who suffers. The Nurses are very nice, the room is spacious but no telephone in room. This facility does not smell like a nursing home and that''s a plus. I suggest if at all possible try to take care of your loved ones at home. Nursing Homes can be an expensive senior care option, so cost is typically going to be a consideration when looking at alternatives.

When you guys finally called the ambulance, you couldn’t even tell them why she was there at your rehab facility!!! She had been at your hospital 9 days and you just let her lay there. We told you something was not right and you dismissed us. Pruitt is awful they don’t care about their patients.
The residents seemed to be taken care of at the minimum of what was required. My grandfather had been in another location that was very clean and well-lit and the staff seemed very bright and attentive. At my grandmothers, they had trouble with some residents wandering into the other rooms and you never knew what could happen at any minute.
